Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that Musical U might turn out not to be the right fit for you – or perhaps it’s time for you to “graduate”, having learned everything that you set out to.

That’s why we make it easy for you to cancel your account if you would like to.

You can also request a full refund if you’re within our guarantee period and don’t feel that Musical U has helped you.

Here’s how to request a cancellation or refund:

Note: If you can’t access your account for any reason or would simply prefer to, you can also cancel by simply emailing [email protected] at any time.

How to Cancel

1. Log into Musical U and click “Help” in the top menu:

2. On the Help page, scroll down to the “Account Change” request box:

3. Select “Cancel Account” in the dropdown box and press “Submit”.

Optional: Let us know why you’ve decided to cancel, or mention here that you would like a refund.


That’s it! We’ll process your cancellation within 24 hours and email you to confirm.

If you have requested a refund this will be reflected on your next credit card or PayPal statement, with no further action required on your part.
